I wanted to try Dunkin for the first time today so I stopped by this place omw home and I was just standing there at the register for like 5 minutes before the girl there even talked to me(she was doing the drive thru so I was patient and gave her time) she then told me she'll be with me in a while and I waited for another 5 minutes then she took my order and I paid for it. Went to this Dunkin's drive thru this afternoon, waited in line for over 40 minutes, at the ordering screen requested a large iced macchiato with three pumps of butter pecan swirl as well as a large ice water with extra ice, the name on the receipt I would later receive said it was rung in by Xavier at 2:47 pm, told him my order two times, got to the pick up window and he had no idea what I ordered, he asked if I ordered an iced coffee I said no, he asked if I had a mobile order I said no, I told him my order two more times,... read more
