I am a frequent customer and love Dunkin’ nitro cold brew, but I am consistently disappointed by how it’s prepared at this location. Nitro cold brew should be served without ice to preserve its signature creamy texture, yet the staff here almost always fills the cup with ice. When I ask for it to be made correctly, the staff insists that 'this is how they were told to make it.' Horrible. I ordered a dozen donuts through DoorDash app and they gave me a box filled with not one single donut that I ordered very disappointing
Good coffee, got iced caramel latte and it tasted fresh. Service was quick and friendly.
