Their bagels are consistently stale. They definitely second day
No “good morning”, no greeting at all, no “hey we don’t have sesame or everything bagels so we’re just gonna sneak plain bagels into your order.” I go there to pick up my order and no one could notify me that they didn’t have the right bagels for my order so instead of asking if it was okay or if i want a refund, they let me pick up my mobile order and get home to find out my whole order is wrong. And the way they sliced the bagels was a joke. The coffee sucks too. The woman on the phone told me i could come back in 15 minut... read more
You have to watch everything they do. Can't even make an egg sandwich without messing up. The donuts were stale as well. I won't be going there again
I’m a frequent Dunkin customer and I accidentally placed my mobile order here rather than my normal location and it was horrible!!! I ordered a wake up wrap. The egg and cheese were fresh out of the fridge, not melted at all and there was ketchup in it! KETCHUP! The wake up wrap is not supposed to come with ketchup. Absolutely disgusting
Never had such a bad experience at a dunkin :( but to start we were not helped for a good 4 minutes, finally someone came out after I said out loud is anyone even here?! Another minute went by. He seemed clueless and slow needed a lot of help to take our order, must be his first day. But then they did not have any oat milk or almond milk which was inconvenient an unusual... The one drink my friend got ended up tasting very off and rather have not gotten it.
