I came here around noon today and the girls working there were super sweet.
I don’t know her name but the young lady that was running the register 7-30-25 around 4ish was awesome! Thank you for being so kind!
I came in today and had an order with 2 drinks and quite a few food items. The employees were so quick and kind, especially the girl that was working!! I didn’t get her name, but she had a lot of ear piercings and brown hair. Genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. I typically go to a different location, but the service and quality of the food and drinks made me want to make this location my regular. P.S. the hashbrown chipotle wake-up wraps are amazing.
I love the staff, they’re all polite and work hard, but the only thing I go for anymore are matcha lattes and now I’ve decided they’re no longer worth the trouble. I assume it’s how management is training people to do it now so they can save pennies on milk, but is it too much to ask that my cup is full? They blitz it in the blender to make it ‘foamy’, but it really just hides the fact that the cup isn’t even half full. This did not used to be the norm.
