Came through the drive thru for breakfast and the wait was very long. When I got to the window to pay the worker took a bit to find my order for me to pay. Then the orders weren’t in any good order took awhile for her to find my order. I got my order and left. When I started to eat my bacon and egg bagel it was sub par food. My bagel was burnt and chewy and hard to eat.
I love my neighborhood Dunkin’ Donuts they are polite people and the service is good and no long wait even if the lines are long.
False advertisement. Website states hours of operation, so therefore I expect that to be true not only it wasted my time going there to find out the is no one at the time of opening (4:30am) I placed the order in the mobile app so I had already paid for my items. I stayed for about 10-15 mins and no one is showing up. My question is why does the mobile app accept orders when the store is not even open ? They have to fix that issue, I know it may be a tech thing but wouldn’t you think once you turn on all services as you open... read more
