I wasn't sure what i wanted so the girl asked me some questions about my likes then made me one of the best drinks I've had in a long time.. some vanilla caramel coffee thing.. she said it had no add sweetener just the flavors.. it was good..
I told one of the employees if they could put cold foam on one of the refreshers she said yes and when I got mine there was none and she gave me the wrong flavor. As I grabbed it to walk out she laughed and said “I’m sorry”. Why do they do things wrong on purpose and still get paid for it?
I purposely drive out the way to go to the Miramar Beach dunkin just to avoid this place. You will order ahead 15 minutes and get there and your order hasn't even been started on and there’s no line and they will just be sitting back there talking. Can’t tell you how many times I end up late somewhere because I stopped at this place thinking it will be quick and end up waiting around for just a coffee. The flavors are never consistent either.
