I don’t usually leave negative reviews but after many attempts hoping to be proven wrong and have a better experience, I feel as though I have no choice. The service from the staff is just extremely disappointing and frustrating. I don’t expect everyone to be overly friendly but the treatment we receive is horrible every single time. Horrible service! Sadly no more Dunkin for me. it's too expensive to have shitty service. They have a tipping option now on POS. The girl looked to see if I tipped her before she started making my order. She disappeared in the back for 10min. I had to ask the other worker who was working the drive through to get my order. I thought that was pretty shitty especially after tipping her 10%.
I’ve tried hard to like this place bc I genuinely like Dunkin coffee, but their service has made it unbearable. The attitude is off putting. The fact I’m made to go park when ordering an iced coffee after having to tip on this new credit card stock they hand out the window is the final straw. I tip and am told to go wait in a spot for a simple iced coffee? Not a single car behind me. I’ve given it enough chances and am now done. Other reviews seem to reflect the same thing.
