Amazing customer service and nice atmosphere. It is crowded at certain times of the day, so your order takes a minute. The prices are too high, in my opinion. However, overall, it's a nice coffee spot.
Management - please increase staffing to compensate for peak times. It’s not fair to the two workers on a weekend morning to have a waiting room full of people and a constant flow of online orders. There really should be more than 2 workers.
I came to this dunkin on 2/7 around 11am and ordered a drink, glazed and sprinkled munchkins, and an avocado toast with bacon. I left and saw the avocado toast had no bacon on it, so I very politely went back and asked them to please add some bacon. The girl kind of grumbled at me and took it back and proceeded to add like 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I got door dash delivered, and even though they were out of my favorite everything minis, they substituted for plain and wrote an apology on the bag. They even decorated my donut box with a cute donut pun! After a crazy morning I appreciate this going above and beyond to make up for not having my exact order. You guys are amazing!! Thank you!!
