I’ve been to Dunkin many times and have had their drinks plenty of times, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Dunkin. I was very polite and respectful to the older woman working there, but unfortunately, her attitude toward me was extremely rude and unpleasant. She treated me as if she were paying for my drink herself. I have never experienced this kind of attitude at a Dunkin before. Then, when my drink was made, it wasn’t even filled properly. Do not hold your breath waiting for your order. 15+ minutes with my sticker for the order hanging there. Even mobile ordered to save time 15 minutes prior to arrival.
Great Dunkin' location! There's parking and it's not in a very busy area. I ordered an iced matcha latte with less ice via the app and it was ready shortly afterwards. They got the order exactly right (unlike some other locations that messed up the order).
