Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. My husband and I stopped by around 8:30 AM to make two purchases — one on a corporate card and one personal — and the store manager, Mayra, was immediately rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes, rushed our order, and started arguing loudly when we asked for both receipts. I went to Dunkin this morning to exchange my Wicked tin that was dented. I walked into the store and stood in line behind three customers - one man and one couple. The woman was someone I knew so as we were visiting and waiting. I overheard the cashier telling her husband to hurry up with his order. The cashier stated, "I've got customers, I've got drive thru - you got to be quicker. Visibly aggravated he just asked for a refund. Beardo server didn't know the filing in the donut... in a donut shop. No please, no thank you. Very poor.
The gentleman running the drive-through in the afternoon today was super kind! He turned a bad day into a good one. Love it here!
