This also is not a very good Dunkin :/ Gave me my drink half empty, 5 ice cubes in it, and didn’t even give me my hashbrowns I paid for. Poor quality
Absolutely terrible service at this Dunkin'. I went through the drive-thru today with a car full of kids, and as I was trying to get situated and gather my things, the woman at the window rushed me and impatiently asked, "Is there anything else?" Then she actually told me there’s a timer in the drive-thru—as if I was holding up a line. There was nobody behind me. Just rude and unnecessary. No wonder this place is always slow—no one wants to come here. One star. Would not recommend.

Amazing experience at a Dunkin. The staff was so great, particularly Patrick made me feel so welcome.
The worst Dunkin location ever the worst ,worst,worst .the employees soooo rude and not respecting any one when you order they keep telling you we can’t hear you and you have to be so loud and still can’t hear and when ask to pull up the window say sorry no we don’t take order from window and when go inside they look so sleepy Iam serious something wrong doesn’t even say hi I used to stop by Dunkin for 10 years now Iam going to stop that because of lake Mary location
