I order a fritter, strawberry donut, breakfast sandwich and a coolatta. She opens the window in drive thru and sticks her hand out and speaks so quickly for the payment without greeting me. I give her the card and just said whatever. Then she hands me a bag with a broken a broken fritter and a strawberry donut that has melted onto the bag and when I said something to her she just stared at me. Made a fresh pot of decaf. Fast, friendly service, most of the time.
The second DD's I've tried today. HORRIBLE customer service!! Do you not know how to say hi, please, thank you??? Zero paper, napkin, etc. Hands it to you like they couldn't care less bc they have 50 ppl in line, when they had zero!! Bad food place!
