I placed an order through the app, when I arrived to pick it up I was told most of the dounuts I ordered where not available. Basic donuts like glazed, chocolate, blueberry and frosted. This is the second time this has happened. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you just want a coffee
I've had so many bad experiences with snotty workers here but today I'm done! I come through the drive-thru, place my order. $16 for two drinks and some hash browns. I'm asked to pull up to the see you soon sign and they will bring the hash browns out. 10 minutes later my daughter goes inside and come to find out they never even started cooking the damn things! I am extremely disappointed with this new location, especially during the morning hours. While the convenience is appreciated by those who work and live in the area, the current level of service and food quality is a major letdown. The counter service is atrocious. Staff will let you stand at the counter for an eternity without so much as acknowledging your presence, while they continuously prioritize and take drive-through orders. Worst location around the area. Lack of staff. A LOT of flies all around the donuts. Discusting. Stood there for a while with no one telling me if it would be a while or not. And to top it off...my coffee order was wrong.
