Entered the Villa and the girl at the counter did not know how to order our drinks. My partner and I both are very patient when it comes to someone getting use to a POS or having trouble. But she did had a very hard time and no one helped. They proceeded to submit a Refresher with mango, pineapple, & black tea. We were given lemonade with green tea. Cashier was a huge See You Next Tuesday for no reason. I was debating on if I wanted milk for one second and her toad faced self says “ do you want it or not” as if she had somewhere to be. There was one person in the drive thru and me and my gf were the only ones inside. Miserable cow was mad that she works at a Duncan and tried to take it out on me. 🙄
