Tried the Tiramisu Shaken Espresso for the first time and loved it! It’s not too strong and not too sweet—just the right balance. It was so good that my whole family ended up getting one too! The worker was super welcoming and chill, which made the experience even better. Definitely a coffee worth trying!
I spoke with the manager Megan about my pickup order. I was charged for my pickup and showed her the receipt that states how much I was charged and that it was the correct location but she states because it “didn’t come through” on their end that there is nothing she can do for me. No refund. No coffee. So I’m out the money I spent on my coffee and I didn’t get anything for it except a rude manager who doesn’t want to help customers.
