The manager & the district manager need to be more educated how to operate Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t even know how to ring up an egg with cheese on top, they want to charge $5.20 for an egg with cheese, exactly the same price of a sandwich with bacon . When the other Dunkin’ Donuts locations are always able to do it for me. Had to drive to another location 12 min away because these uneducated managers couldn’t figure it out. Not to mention couple months back one of the girls at the window was extremely impolite and rude.
No thrive to work and had to be reminded about our order because they were not paying attention
Service was spectacular! Location was very clean as well.
The girl with a bob working today was amazing!
I hit the drive-thru, and the person at the speaker was very helpful. He asked appropriate questions to get my order correct. I will return.
