I have noticed over the past 6 months how much better the service and effeciency has been here. Today, Brandon was incredible to help me with an order I messed up on and I was impressed how well he was running the shop and supporting the younger staff
They are always nice and fast Brandon is the best always kind and helpful
I received coupons in the mail so I thought OOOOH let’s go try Dunkin’ Donuts for my first time. I wanted to order an ice coffee with a free donut. The team member treated me like I was stupid trying to order for my first time. NO donuts at 9am. And I heard the lady say something rude remark as I was leaving. YEAH A WASTE OF TIME.
Just got home from the drive through and there was a freaking dead moth in the bag. I threw everything i got away. The health department needs to visit asap. Im so disgusted
