Awful service. I get 2-3 ice cocoa mocha daily. Crew worker was adamant she made my coffee right. Had no chocolate syrup at all just straight espresso. Even offered to buy some syrup on side because coffee is not sweetened without chocolate syrup. Crew member continued to keep saying made my coffee right and refused to fix order. Took maintenance guy to come down off ladder and he told her to make it right and she still refused and walked off. Never going there again. Short light skin girl with curly hair. Times are not accurate. I was there at 5:45pm abd the doors were locked. The sign says closing at 7pm. Coffee is not consistant
Fast and reliable service
Today I was told go somewhere else for putting in a mobile order and showing up to pick it up. Very bad customer service. I came through the drive through saying I've a mobile order. They proceed by saying you just put the order why are you in the drive through. Even though I put the order 7 minutes ago. I didn't say anything back and moved on to the pickup window where when I picked my food I asked why am I being treated that way. All I got back was go somewhere else.
