Avoid this Dunkin' on Union Street at all costs. It is easily the worst location I’ve ever visited. The wait times are incredibly long, but the lack of basic respect from the staff is what makes it unbearable. They treat customers—and especially Uber and DoorDash drivers—with zero courtesy or common decency. There is no excuse for being treated this poorly while waiting for an order.
I stopped going to this Dunkin a year ago because they screw up my order the majority of the time. I went in today and gave them another shot, nope screwed it up again.
I waited for a 15 minute for a croissant. 4 people were at work, everyone was talking. I just came back. They don't ask the customer properly.
