Came in for a quick coffee, breakfast sandwich, and donut. Workers were super fast getting my order done.
I ordered a dozen donuts and an iced coffee online. I called and told them it would be a while before I could pick it up. When I got there, they said they made the iced coffee, but the ice has melted, and it's all gross, but they refused to make me a new one. I paid $8 for an iced coffee that I didn't get. Horrible customer service. You were told that when I placed the order, I wouldn't be there for a while. This was very poor customer service. A majority of the staff seem inexperienced, poorly instructed, and not at all confident when ordering. I've been coming here since it opened and 70% of the time there has been some mistake with my order. That being said there are some great staff that give excellent service, and are obviously experienced in food service. A failure on upper management and the owner's part, please give your employees proper instruction and training.
