I always leave this Dunkin with a smile. In the service industry, coming away from each experience with a feeling that I am seen, known and remembered (even though I am far from a regular - I visit maybe a few times a month) is an exceedingly rare thing to encounter - and this Dunkin always delivers. Everything was fresh and the customer service was impeccable. Unfortunately, there is no drive-thru and a very small doughnut selection. Overall experience: 4.7 out of 5.
Amazing service and hospitality by the employees. I’ve never had a disappointing experience at Dunkin Donuts generally. But this location was beyond exceptional.
