Me and my kid came in here and the short Indian lady behind the counter was super rude taking our order and then threw the bag on the counter and said “here” when our order was ready like what?? We know yo husband probably own the place but come on…
This morning we visited this Dunkin location a non standard location for us , to procure coffees and breakfast sandwiches before our commute to school the service was not excellent. However, my son inadvertently dropped his cup of coffee while exiting to the car. I just had the *privilege* of experiencing the worst Dunkin’ Donuts visit of my life. Apparently, I was not just a customer, but a temporary barista trainer. I had to explain—step by step—how to make my own drink. I paid for an extra shot, which was not added. When I politely mentioned it, that was apparently offensive.
