They don't know how to make coffee here and they have stale donuts. It I ask for three creams three sugars how a hard is that? Had coffee made two times and it still wasn't right. I will never be back. Waste of money.
I have been patronizing Dunkin at Toco Hills for a few decades. I am most impressed by( not only the donuts and iced coffee), the atmosphere led by Habiba, the General Manager. She is always so cordial, personable( a great people person who certainly knows how to manage people), and displays a sincere concern and care for us guests. It is always a pleasure to interact with her. Also, cashiers and others guest assistants such as Seema,Sushi, Sana, and Arthur make my experience at Dunkin a most uplifting and pleasurable one. La mejor atención y sin duda siempre hacen bien el café
Arthur was very nice and helpful about my coffee order. He explained to me what was in the latte I ordered and was patient with me. Coffee was delicious. Donuts were fresh! I ordered a Boston creme and my daughter wanted chocolate frosted with sprinkles. This will be my new dunkin of choice because of Arthur's positive attitude and the food and service being spot on.
