This used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts, but unfortunately, I had to switch my review, ever since they did the remodel. All the old morning crew left, it’s all new employees that mess my order up several times a week. Service is a lot slower now.
I often stop at this Dunkin when I'm in this part of town. In the summer they have kids (college aged) working and it's GREAT. Unfortunately, they've gone back to school. From the time I ordered to the time I picked up my Turkey Sausage Wake Up wrap (which was still chilly in the middle of the egg) 11 minutes had passed. That is ridiculous for the drive thru. I probably should have done what others were doing and just leaving instead of sticking around.
