I placed an order the day before. When I was at the checkout on the day for pic up , it was ready to pick up with cups , napkins , etc for coffee and all the munchkins that I ordered .The server was very helpful .
Wow!!!! I am definitely pleased with the service I received today. The worker, can’t tell they’re a boy or a girl, and with a plethora of facial piercings, is A SWEETHEART!!! Made my day to say the least.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is one on my main locations to go to. Katie is amazing with great customer service. No matter what I get she’s on point & always has my coffee ready with a smile before I even make it to the register. Lots of other locations mess up my order or don’t even make my coffee right. Great job North Rd Westfield crew!
We go there or four times a week to this location and dine in. I don't know if the hot sandwiches have a design amount of time they should be cooked if they do there not doing it. 90% of the time our wraps or sandwiches are cold. Please cook longer.
