Going through the drive thru I placed my order with a very sweet woman on the intercom just to pull up to the window and be “greeted” by a scowling young blonde who apparently can’t read an order properly due to having to inform them that what they were giving me was wrong. 2/20/25 @10:30 I go in Nobody in the front counter, wait around even walk to the pick up side and don’t get acknowledged, not a “hey good morning” or even a “someone will be right there”…nothing. But the disrespectful part is they couldn’t get a medium hot caramel swirl with almond milk and 5 sugars correct.
