Asked for them to remove some of the cream from my coffee and the manager refused. When I come to a COFFEE shop I pay for the size of the COFFEE I want not the amount of cream. She was very rude and refused so I got a refund. Last week I went to the Hershey location, TOTAL DIFFERENCE in service and product!
They were very nice at helping me with my issue. She was able to help me remake my coffee and gave me a refund since they made a mistake with my coffee.
