Whoever is the manager here now, needs to take a good look at the mold buildup on the ceiling that has built up over the years and hasn’t been cleaned. The vents are covered in it. Disgusting. That is years of neglect.
Absolutely horrible service , DO NOT GO HERE ! They were so rude every time I have gone here . Definitely need to check who they are hiring . Just left & actually believe they put something out n my drink it’s just bubbling and almost made me throw up .
I don't know what has happened to this location. It used to be alright. Today is the 4th consecutive time I've gotten a coffee here and it tastes absolutely terrible each time. I wish there was some kind of basic standard across the board for a level of consistency in products. Interactions with staff widely varies. Some of the staff are pleasant some are very snide and disrespectful and you can't ask any questions if something is wrong with your order because then you are the problem. GO ELSEWHERE! This place SUCKS. Almost every donut i tried to order i heard we're out of that or we dont carry that. And when my total came to 25.03 and I used a $25 gift card they were out of pennies to give the right change. I couldnt care less about 2 pennies but its the pinciple. For Gods sake whoever is managing that place needs to find a new line of work.
