Used their kiosk to order because that’s what I thought you were supposed to do. Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a few donuts; with numerous people coming in after me all getting their orders fulfilled. Nobody paid any attention to the fact I had been waiting so long - they were all too busy chatting and couldn’t be bothered to do their job.
Julie and ayana are so good , they are very patient, calm and cool . They always served me well.
