Dunkin's answer to the only employee that they have on shift walking out is to pull another employee on their day off. The lengths that Dunkin goes through to understaff their locations should be studied. Due to these circumstances, it tends to take a long time to receive my order. At least the order is correct most of the time. Please do better, Dunkin.
No one in the Branford McDonald’s speaks English good. Not polite and never sociable!!

I live around the corner and used to come every day with my dogs and adored the married couple until they were transferred a few months ago... since then ppl have been in and out but Steve is always super kind & patient.
I stopped by to place an order was immediately told to wait a few minutes as they had to power everything up. As we waited for Fatima to notify us that the power was back and running that never happened. We learned that it was back in running when a couple came in went up to the register and placed their order. Mind you we were sitting in the location waiting! Poor customer service
