i think the staff might of been new but they gave my food to drive thru [psst food is good!]
I live around the corner and used to come every day with my dogs and adored the married couple until they were transferred a few months ago... since then ppl have been in and out but Steve is always super kind & patient.
I stopped by to place an order was immediately told to wait a few minutes as they had to power everything up. As we waited for Fatima to notify us that the power was back and running that never happened. We learned that it was back in running when a couple came in went up to the register and placed their order. Mind you we were sitting in the location waiting! Poor customer service
I used to love this location when I would stop on my way to work and get breakfast. But it seems to be getting worse and worse !!! Always new workers who are not polite, who get your order wrong half the time. A disgrace ! I do not even stop there anymore I just drive past to go to the other DD in West Haven.
Go here if you want your order messed up. I ordered an egg sandwich, no cheese. I repeated it twice. He repeated it back to me correctly. I get to work and it is drenched in cheese. It wasn't too busy, they weren't overwhelmed, they just don't care.
