Been to this location countless times. Today, I have went inside to order rather than the drive thru. The poor employee is running around frantic. Letting me know she is the only one there. With a line in the drive thru, in store and the stupid order ahead thing going off. Ended up walking out after waiting for 5 minutes . Went to another location closer to my destination. Found out it is ILLEGAL for there to be only one person in the store. Especially if there is a drivethru. It turns into a safety concern for the employee ... read more
I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts for the second time thinking the experience would be different. No it was not. I arrived this morning at 8:31 and was pulling out of their parking lot from the drive-through at 8:47. That is so ridiculous. My order was not complicated but believe me if you’re on your way to work, this is not the place to stop.
If I could I would give no stars, let’s see where shall I start….. very slow in morning was ordering my food at the drive thru and as I’m ordering and she just starts talking to someone inside so I had ti repeat my order, which she got wrong and then got a nasty face when I had tell her what else I wanted. I don’t know if it’s under new management but they need to start over. I won’t be going there again. I have more to say but I won’t waste anymore of my time I just won’t be going to this location.
