My drinks are made sweetened on night shift. But the shift has to get it remade yesterday & the owner added milk instead of remaking it Then I went to go in today for the release of the Duncan L.L. i get a dunkin latte almost every day and have had to go to this location twice. both times have been genuinely the worst drink i’ve ever been handed. the first time, i asked to have it remade because it tasted like straight sugar milk. they were rude about it, and just put more espresso in rather than actually remaking it with the right proportions. the second time, they handed me something very watery and the same color as what i would imagine sewer water looks like. i don’t really understand what’s happening here with tha... read more
Good coffee and friendly staff
They had me waiting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes. I tried saying hello to see if they were even open, but no one answered. So I pulled up to the window to see if I could place my order there. The employee told me to wait, only to then tell me to go back around and place my order at the drive-thru—where there were now 3 cars in front of me. Like… I was literally there first, waiting, and nobody even acknowledged me. Such a waste of time and honestly terrible customer service.
