Worst Dunkin imaginable. Frequently messes up orders, makes drinks wrong. I have been handed iced coffee rather than lattes multiple times. One time I waited 15 minutes for a drink they were out of, and instead of saying something just let me sit there. This morning I thought I might swing by give them another chance, but yet still the worst service imaginable. I sat at the empty drive thru for 7 minutes, never acknowledged once. Okay to me, Dunkin Donuts is...well, when I think of stopping for a couple of donuts (yes, two. I *want* more, but I'm usually sometimes kinda able to control myself), the feeling is the same as knowing I have an audition to go to. Or a self-tape to submit. I mean it's close - very close - to that feeling of arousal. Because I live to audition just as much as I live to act. Now it IS true that auditioning and acting doesn't make me drool. I got an iced tea and once home after taking a sip or two I saw something floating at the bottom of my drink. I called the Dunkin at this location and a man hung up on me and the next few times I tried calling my call was ignored or I got a busy tone. Finally a female answered and I told her my concern to which she replied "it might be mold from the machine I'm not sure the last time someone cleaned those". I am absolutely disgusted considering prices are going up and customer service and quality seem to be declining.
