the manager what i assume is what he is , always makes sure things are correct i’ll give him that ! it’s messed up they leave him all alone and the heavy set dark skinned lady has a BAD attitude ! my order was incorrect, the manager asks her to fix my order , she starts laughing throws her hands up like 🤷🏻♀️ and says “i’m not doing that lmao” , VERY RUDE ..
I walked in and didn’t know what I wanted to order so I was kind of standing by looking at the menu, a older woman with blue hair spoke in a rude manner telling me if I’m not ordering I have to leave. What kind of customer service is this?!?!!!!! Does management exist at this location????
I came in today order a large hot chocolate and a bacon egg and cheese but a white woman with blue hair gave me an attitude while I was ordering. At first it took almost 5 minutes of me standing there before she actually took my order then once she took my order I can hear her sigh and say something under her breath, I ignored it. But when my food came out the bacon was well over cooked. I will never go to Dunkin again after this experience, not with the Time and the money.
