Could smell it was burnt before I even took the sandwich out of the bag. The bread was burned, but the cheese wasn't melted!? We almost never go to Dunkin cause we've *never* had a good experience, but this is literally the last time - ever. I wouldn't feed a stray dog the "food" that was served to me today.
Went this afternoon and the staff was amazing the helped me pick the donuts my son likes when I didn’t know the name. Drink was good and service was quick.
Food was great! Service was fast and friendly! Whole place had a great atmosphere was clean.
I stood and waited for a good 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The young man who took my order didn't appear to be trained on the register and had to keep asking other employees for help. Food and beverage came out in a fair amount of time.
