Let’s just say they are slow….and I would go elsewhere.
Placed a 3-item mobile order. Picked it up. Had to return because 1 item was missing. Cashier waited on a customer and failed to ask other employee to come the counter. Meanwhile my other food was in car getting cold because I had to wait for the food. I did not receive an apology for the mishap and was not thanked for waiting.
I have given up on this place. I was excited when I heard Dunkin was coming to Mequon until I remembered this IS NOT Dunkin’ Donuts. This place has no interest in selling any donuts. It is all about the coffee and the sandwiches. You’d be lucky if you come in and they one or two day old donuts in their 4x5 display case. By the way, the photo in google is completely staged. One of THE BEST DD around! Seriously. The staff has been very kind and outgoing. HIGHLY recommend!
Great variety to choose from and very nice people there everyone had a smile on their face.
