Manager is aweful! The whole management team should be revamped.
Sadly, dunkins anywhere u go now is no longer the same... u can definitely tell the doughnuts are no longer freshly made and come in frozen.
A couple of evenings ago my children and I went to this location for some hot coco and donuts, when I get to the check out window the window cashier, I thought, handed me three separate bags each with its own donut. She proceeds to tell me she thought she heard kids in the car.... and she took the time to put each donut in its own bag so each of my toddlers could have their own bag. Ordered on the app,..no bacon, had to wait a week and a half for a refund,..couldn't get breakfast that day, offered no substitute
