The cashier that took our order was very nice, however she messed up half our order. Me and my family ordered 25 glazed munchkins, 12 chocolate munchkins, a french vanilla iced macchiato, an everything bagel, loaded hash browns, a jelly donut, a frozen chocolate coffee, a blueberry refresher, and a hot coffee. understaffed, staff that is there is not knowledgeable about products. very unhelpful. most didn't even seem to want to be there.
Good food, drinks, and customer service! Always super friendly!!! Now they write a brief message on the cups, so sweet and uplifting!
It’s the little things you know… like my morning Dunkin run couldn’t get sweeter. Well I was wrong! 🥰🥰 This spot is my favorite! From knowing my order, to knowing my name, to knowing my voice. (Yes I go every day) Yall make my mornings. And then you started this... From someone who battles with mental illnesses, THANK YOU for that extra step. It really makes does make a difference.
