Employees - rude Wait time - 20+ minutes for a coffee and donuts. Every single time.
Over a 30 minute wait for 5 donut holes. This is after the order was put in ahead of time. The answer I was given when asked why it takes so long, “I don’t know.”
Please start putting bacon on the avocado toast when it’s asked for!!!!!
Not on top of it. Sat in mobile order line for 10 minutes while the regular line went through perfectly fine.
This is the absolute, most terrible Dunkin’ in the entire company. Go get coffee at Sheetz or somewhere else. They aren’t worthy of a penny of your money.
