I’ve tried multiple times to mobile order in advance to make the process faster. I always wait 10 times longer in the mobile drive thru area than I would in the regular side. It seems pointless to have that option if only the regular line is prioritized and I end up waiting even longer.
Hot coffee, fresh donuts. Fast and friendly service!!!!! What more could you ask for?

Absolutely love Dunkin. Been a loyal customer at different Dunkin for 34 years. In 34 years I have had only one issue, which the manager at this store handled. I feel for 1 issue in 34 years, that deserves a 5 star rating
