I had a mobile order that wasn't available. I asked for a refund. They said because I used Google pay they there was nothing they could do to refund my money because the card wasn't with me.
This store was unable to issue a refund or cancel my online order of a drink they didn't have in stock. They said they could only issue a refund on a card and since I used the online platform I cant get a refund. Now I have to contact my bank for a charge back...
Service is normally good but this morning it was not. I put a mobile order in as I do most mornings I sat in the mobile order line for a good 15 to 20 minutes. When I get to the window the guy hands me my coffee and he was rude coffee was not good this morning at all! Can’t wait for 7brew to open!
So many times I have placed an order on the mobile app long before I get there. Because they are always busy...tell me how it play it 10mins early and when I gwt there im waiting another 10 mins. When there is only one person in front of me and 6 people in the back working? Why if u dont do a mobile order ur getting ur drinks faster in the window? The set up they have is horrible hard to get in and out. And one time I order a matcha this guy leans out the window goes this is so gross how do u drink this? No hello nothing.
Not a favorite stop for coffee but love the refreshers and the sun cloud drinks!
