I didn't like the service.
Doesn't compare to other Dunkin donuts. We'll save our Dunkin dates for when we travel. The place was clean though!
It doesn't follow Dunkin's standards. My wife and I are lactose intolerant. We ordered almond milk, but it came without it, and we got very sick. In addition, the iced cappuccino doesn't meet the standards of the DD franchise. I drive all over the country, and this experience was horrible.
I really want Dunkin to work in Salt Lake City. But it seems that people at this restaurant need to go back east and get some training from Dunkins that do work.
