Every time I place a mobile order they give me a drink with a sticker on the top that I can never get off. The drinks are too sugary and you can't remove some ingredients in the app. The stuffed bagels taste microwaved and soggy.
I live right down the street and used to stop by this location regularly, but after my experience today, I will not be coming back. There have been multiple occasions where my order was made incorrectly. Unfortunately, there seems to be a significant communication barrier, which makes it difficult to explain or correct an order, and as a customer, that becomes extremely frustrating when it happens repeatedly. What is the point of this establishment? The donuts are made offsite, trucked in and defrosted. They are much much better donuts shops in the valley. The eggs are microwaved. Why? The coffee tastes worse than a deli. If the “country runs on Dunkin” then what happened to this country?
