Found a gross black hair in my breakfast sandwich, and reported to Dunkin Donuts customer service, and despite them telling me that the franchisee would reach out to me to make this right, they have not. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!🤮
I don't live close, it is a 20 minute drive, I go this morning when they first open and order a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a couple other things, get home and it is on a bagel. She even repeated order for me to confirm, how do they get it wrong every time? Husband is from Boston and says the Dunkin here does not even come close to back East. Don't think I will waste my time or money on this place any longer. Such a disappointment and let down.
There were only two employees and they got confused by the menu. Even though I explained my order to them, they still made the wrong thing. Also, while waiting for my drink, I saw the other employee making breakfast with bare hands, touching the eggs and bread without gloves or washing their hands .
Excellent experience! The staff was welcoming, my order was made perfectly, and everything was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, and the service was quick. I always enjoy coming to this Dunkin. Keep up the great work!”
Had to give my order in the drive-thru three times, the lady on the other end said she couldn't hear me properly (maybe had something to do with the giggling chatter I could hear behind her?). I asked her to repeat the order back to me and she said "That's okay, I got it." I insisted and she read back to me the WRONG order. Unbelievable! I'm all for having fun at work but you still have to do your job well.
