Continuously the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Like many other reviewers have said, I only go to this location because it’s the closest to my home—and every single time, there is an issue with my order. I really wish I had read the reviews beforehand! Avoid this Dunkins! This is my closest DD and I ordered 2 dozen donuts to pick up on my way home for my daughter's birthday breakfast the following day. Come to find they said my order wasn't ready because they "thought I wasn't coming". By then there were no more donuts. I really try to give this Dunkin’ every chance because it’s the closest one to my house, but the consistency has become impossible to ignore. I stop here in the mornings on my way to Miami for work, and almost every visit there is an issue with the order — either the bread is rock hard, the food is prepared incorrectly, or something is missing altogether. This has got to be the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts that exists. Staff is miserable while taking your order which I can understand, but at least fake it.
