The two girls working in afternoon today were so nice they gave us a couple extra things with our purchase best experience I have ever had with a Dunkin!!
It took forever to get my order taken then when we get to window to pay another long wait and attendant didn't even remember what we ordered and asked us again to go get out food ready DRIVE THRU is order pay get ur food and go in no time not wait and wait

We go to Dunkin at least 3 times a day. Sunset was always are go to, but the staff never gets your order correct then they get attitude because they didn’t get it right. The staff in the afternoons are rude and act like they are doing you a favor by fixing your coffee. Customer Service is lacking badly.
