What happened. All new employees. Cars are backed up to the joining street. Phone orders aren't started. People waiting for orders inside being asked what they ordered. Where is the owner??? I got home and was missing part of my order?
I try to give places a fair chance and this location is convenient and has good prices. I just can’t come here anymore. It takes 15 minutes to get my simple food and drink when there’s only 2 cars ahead of me in line. They also made my drink using a dirty stir spoon and it tasted like another drink. I had to ask for a remake. Ownership needs to really work on this place.
How is a sandwich cold and burnt? Rude staff and this is the second time this happened. No more Dunkin for me.😡
