love the food, and the manager i think, is good and always keeping things going it looks like, and the girl that was pregnant and came back to work! WOW! she’s a hard worker and always making my visit pleasant:)
The employees here are rude.
This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same
Went in to order a dozen donuts, but got a full-blown reality show instead. An employee was blasting music from their phone in the lobby, then a screaming match broke out in the back—complete with thrown objects and a symphony of cuss words. The drama even spilled outside! Guys… it’s Dunkin’not a WWE match. Yall don’t get paid enough to be this worked up. This place desperately needs better management
