Despite telling the worker how to make my drink several times, they still got it wrong.
Terrible! I will drive 15 miles and go to another Dunkin before I would ever return to this one. Stay far, far away! I asked for a sourdough bacon and cheese sandwich, and they burnt the sandwich, put the wrong cheese on it, and only put two pieces of bacon on it. I went back through the drive-thru, and they made me a new sandwich, but the cheese wasn't melted at all; they just threw a piece of cheese and bacon on bread.
