I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ locations, but Itza and Jorge provide the best customer service around. They’re fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly every single time. I know my coffee is going to come out the perfect color, made quickly, and handed to me with smiles and laughter. Even on my worst days, when I stop in just needing a little pick-me-up, they somehow manage to make my whole day better. EDIT: I received a threatening message with a screenshot of this review in response to what I wrote here. I've reported it to the police but please beware. -- My daughter came in and ordered a drink for me that was taken incorrectly at the register. I returned simply to ask for a remade drink, which is stated on their front door that if it is wrong they will remake it. I love coming to this location new faces and they do absolutely amazing job maybe language barrier from time to time but the other young lady helps the older lady a lot communicating with the customers , on Mother’s Day I wanted a gift card that said happy Mother’s Day but it became a little tough with the none speaking English woman to let me know they where not available, we got it handled tho the other young lady stepped in and helped translate.
