They charged me for an XL drink when I said small. I said its ok just give me an XL then. When I brought it home I realized they gave me tea instead of coffee. Horrible.
The people here are extra nice. Be extra nice back and you get what you deserve
my last couple experiences at this location have not been well. I’ve came here the past couple mornings and it seems like my drinks have been rushed, not mixed well, or entirely wrong. it seems like they only care about getting the customers out rather than customer satisfaction.
Guy working in the drive through was very rude and ignorant. I asked him to mix my coffee and he didn’t mix it and said he was not going to scan my rewards app. He is very rude and ignorant. Something needs to be done. There was a women filling in from another, location and she shrugged her shoulders and said “Well than don’t come here than.” Very unprofessional and highly disappointed!!! No customer service at this location at all. Do not recommend!
