They didn't get my order right. Even when I told them at the window and they remade it, they got it wrong again. The man at the window didn't smile and wasn't friendly even though I was very pleasant and understanding about the mix up. Didn't even apologize for getting it wrong.
They always missing stuff and burning sandwiches
The other day, my mother and I went to go get iced lattes. When I was ordering I asked for a ICED VANILLA LATTE WITH CARAMEL DRIZZLE. A young man over the speaker heard my order and when I got the window to grab my ICED VANILLA LATTE WITH CARAMEL DRIZZLE, I got an iced latte. He didn’t even add vanilla or caramel when I told him my order. When I got it the white slip on the cup literally said iced latte. I surely won’t be back here for any coffee cravings. Thank you to the young man that RUINED my day.
