If I could negative stars I would. Please avoid this place. Ordered through the app. Showed them the receipt. They keep asking for name on the order when the receipt shows none. Left without my order as they would not give it to me even after showing the exact store and Order number. Extreme rude. Worst customer service ever. If you need a Dunkin in Summit, the one on Morris Avenue is a 1000 times better!
This Dunkin is one of my favorite locations. Staff are friendly especially Dennis . He is the most hard working man I’ve known . He deserves an award .
I have never had a bad experience with Dunkin in my life, this is the first time. I ordered a medium refresher from the mobile app and I even had the receipt. I showed the guy that he gave me the wrong one, he gave me a small. He started getting mad and talked over me and kept saying no no no stopping me from talking. He said I can refill your small for you so I said ok fine.
