Do not come here close to closing. Just went today. I sat outside for over 10 minutes after I pre-ordered a Matcha latte. Another customer who is in their car, had to honk to get the person’s attention. Whoever was at the window, was clearly under the influence of drugs. He gave me my Matcha and a whipped cream lid. When I asked for the sippy cup lid, he put his whole thumb in the opening where my mouth would go and dropped some lids on the ground. I obviously couldn’t even use the lid after of that.
