One of the worst Dunkin’s. Try the one downtown behind travelers instead THEY’RE AMAZING. Ordered a refresher (from this store) with light ice and they tried to give me half cup of drink when I asked why it’s not filled they’re response was if I wanted it to be filled I should get ice to fill it up. I just returned it and requested a refund.
I like Dunkin Donuts 🍩 breakfast.
The NASTIEST experience customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Even if we made a mistake, what was the cost in just remaking it? We wouldn’t have a problem playing it. They were incredibly angry and yelling at us, didn’t care to be kind whatsoever.
Messed up on the order
Me and my friend are waiting in the lobby, waiting for our small hazelnut coffee. Not rushing them because it does get busy, we’re waiting over 20 minutes and one of the ladies yell “small hot, dang it’s been sitting here. I’m about to throw it out they doing to much” I walk up to grab it and she lowers her tone “I was about to say” and walks off. Now if I dragged her over the counter, I’m wrong right? lol next time there won’t be a rude attitude again
