This Dunkin is the damn worst! They had like 3 people in line inside, I was there for about 10 mins and not one employee assisted us. They were focused on just the drive thru line/orders. leave because I was getting late for work. Most ridiculous business practice I have ever seen!! Edit: 9 months later and same thing going on! They make you parked and wait even if you ordered just a cup of coffee! Def will be going to the other Dunkin on waters/Sheldon going forward!
This is the worst DD ever. Most of the time they only have one employee running the whole operation. A drive through order takes forever because they only have one employee. Two cars in front of me left because they got tired of waiting. I left the line to go inside and ended up leaving too because of the wait. This is not the employees fault, this is clearly poor management and franchise ownership. The employee is trying to do his best given the circumstances.
Ordered my usual snacking bacon, when I opened the bag a cockroach crawled out. Never again!
