I am surprised by how Dunkin’s service has decliened. Staff was wearing earbuds and talking over the phone when she was taking customers’ order. The food is wrong for my order. A smashed croissant is not a muffin. It is crazy that there is no single person cares.
Drinks are not made correctly &* Very terrible customer service . Workers were very rude and defensive
