I don’t understand how hard it is to read an order. This isn’t the first time I haven’t gotten my order right only to find out when I get to work. I order a SWEET tea and get an unsweet tea. This is becoming a joke.
My drink was horrible, it tastes like anything but pumpkin and was supposed to have cold foam and cookie crumbles. Please stop serving this is you don't have the means to prepare it correctly. Not returning.
I go up at 4:30 am and Patti makes my order before I get to the window.. I love this store..thank you Patti you are the greatest !!!
