Great service, fast and friendly! Coffees were delicious and made right! One of the better Dunkin’s we’ve been to for sure.
Look, I get it. Employees don’t get paid enough to care. But at this Dunkin', the problem goes all the way to the top. The owner is a cheapskate of epic proportions. I can practically hear them yelling from the back room to "be stingy with the syrups!" The employees are so conditioned to being cheap they don't even bother to read the order and just give you a sad, unmixed beverage. Waited for like 30 minutes for a drink, munchkins & a croissant stuffer. there was 10 employees just messing around. lazy workers & dunkin’ donuts should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such slow, lazy & inconsiderate employees. i ended up leaving without my munchkins, what a waste of money.
