Extremely slow staff in this newer DD franchise, average wait time is at least five minutes for walk-ins with mobile orders. Even with 4 people working there and only one iced shaken expresso, other weekly stops have also had poor service and food order screw ups resulting in wasted food before even hitting the counter.
Management needs to learn how to manage
Never had a bad experience here!
Been there every day this past week and every time my coffee has either spilled all over in my car or all over me when I tried to get a drink. The lids won't stay on the cup because the cups have been smashed.
