Been going to this location weekly for about a year now since I moved here. Dunkin’ regulars will know at this point It can get really busy on weekends and in the morning, especially at this touristy location, so we have to give them some patience! There is one digital kiosk to order from inside; however, I’d definitely recommend ordering on the app ahead rather than waiting in the drive-thru line if youre tech-y want that grab and go experience. I don’t often leave reviews, especially negative but I’ve had nothing but problems here. Just yesterday i went through the drive through and did not get a kind greeting let alone good service. The girl rudely asked me what i was ordering and took forever serving us 2 drinks. I’ve been there on several occasions ordering the “pink pineapple refresher” and they always get it wrong and make it mango…it quite literally says pink and they end up making the drink orange, i don’t see where common sense would allow them to even hand... read more
