Waited for my drink for 30 minutes while ignored when they clearly saw me, asked for light ice and they ALWAYS add the same amount, why am I paying extra for light ice? After taking my ice out my drink was half gone.

Dunkin’ is overall very inconsistent when it comes to making a coffee.. making a coffee seems simple, but not for most so it seems of the incompetent individuals that work at the Eureka Rd Dunkin’ in Southgate… the same goes for the Woodhaven location but I’ll save that review for another day and time.. the day shift employees seem okay, going at night is generally a waste of money and time when you have to go back to have your coffee re-made.. I ordered through the app, when I got to the store no one came to the speaker or window. I tried calling no answer. I finally left after 10 minutes because I had to go to work. I tried calling again on my way to get a refund, she finally answered and said I'm making your coffee now. At this point it's been 30 minutes. She said you need to come back and I said I can't because I have to work. So I guess I just paid for a coffee I didn't get and she won't refund me. I will never go back.
