Poor customer service. Food was excellent. They weren't very busy, couple of care I the drive through. Two employees came and retrieved donuts, I was never greated. The young lady finally said "did you want donuts". 10:30 in the morning. I ordered one donut a sandwich and a small coffee. I received the donut right away and was waiting for the other items. The coffee was placed on the counter and I was never informed it was there. The gentleman did call out for my sandwich to be picked up.
I got my coffee room temp and the coffee was half full. This sucks cause this place is my favorite and theyre usually so kind. I wish i just checked at the drive thru and tell them so I could actually get a good coffee.
Excellent customer service and great food!!
Love this location! The staff are amazing and friendly. My coffee is always on point. Thank you all at the Rio Rancho location. If I could give 10 stars I would. Forgot to mention I’m a regular at this location.
Service was good, but very little frosting on the donuts! If I spend $19 on donuts, I'd like some frosting, please.
