I usually like getting my drinks here but when I tried to get a Matcha made with all cream instead of milk today, the girl said they’re not allowed to do that and I asked why and she said they’re just not allowed but she can do it this one time like she was doing me a favor?she still made it with whole milk like I’m too stupid to notice. I even asked her if she can charge me for all cream. She said it’s not that we’re just not allowed kind of ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to this Dunkin.
Service here is usually good, although this time the order taker at the drive thru sounded like she was high and couldn’t comprehend the order without 3 repeats of everything.
The food is fresh, love the service. Donuts are special. Yum
