Every time I enter this location, I have high hopes but always get let down. I always imagine they would be something similar to locations I used to visit on the East Coast, but I’m always left with this disappointment. Every single time I order a dozen donuts, they always don’t have something that I ordered and i’m always forced to substitute. July 5 on a Sunday and it’s not busy at all and I have plenty of staff because it’s like six people working with no business and they still can’t make a drink right
