Service is horrendous. Asked if the promo was applied while I gave the guy with glasses cash and he said sure. Then after I didn’t get it, he said you need to purchase something again. Drink is also not filled. Service here has always been worse than all other locations
Reviewing after being there several times. Not the best interms of customer service but we all go cuz we know dunkin. However, the last time I went there I waited 20 mins while i was the only one waiting to order and was literally not acknowledged once! Waited 20 mins while getting late for work, not once told to wait or took my order.
