I had a great time here because of Grace.. she took care of me and made sure my needs were taken cared of.. she deserves a raise!
This Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down one of the most poorly run locations I’ve ever experienced. The store appears to be staffed almost entirely by very young, inexperienced employees with no visible adult supervision or competent management. The result is nonstop chaos. Orders are consistently wrong, basic items are constantly out of stock, and delivery orders through DoorDash are an absolute disaster. I ordered a hot chai latte and after driving away, my first sip revealed a large cup of steamed milk. Very disappointing - a $6 cup of hot milk. My attempt to call about it rolled to voicemail that was not setup. Unfortunately, I don’t live close and won’t be in the area again anytime soon. Ugh!!! Pay attention, people!
I ordered an egg and cheese muffin and received the muffin cold, not toasted, the egg cold and the cheese of course cold. I was far from home when I saw this but I just expected better.
