Edit: My initial review is below. After years of patronage here I'm done. The staff could care less about doing their job. No fork for the loaded hash browns and they literally put the bagel minis next to the bag, rather than in it. This place is awesome. I come here a few times a week to get a latte and even though it's generally different people working everyone knows exactly how to do their job and they have a friendly attitude. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work here.
Horrible customer service. People at the window do NOT like their job. There's not even a "hi" you get absolutely nothing. You hand your hard earned money to them and don't even get a " have a nice day." I think the franchise owner needs to know how their restaurant is being ran. Coffee is mediocre and I got the everything begal minis that were very hard like they've been sitting there all morning. My local dunkin, however I will NOT be returning. Napkins should be given with food orders!
Lukewarm at best.
My coffee is never the same, I order the same thing and it goes from great to so bad I have to trash it.
