Kind ,courteous,and convenient.
Store manager is great and is always polite as are most of the employees but the girl who is working the window in the afternoon (6 pm 8/12) is always rude and she makes up her own prices and charges more than the manager. I avoid going in the afternoon so I can avoid her, my coffee is also wrong most of the time if she is at the window. Very frustrating. Morning crew is amazing!
They screwed up my coffee.I called , and she said , well , I put all the sugar in , and I got extra sugar and I put that in and still there , what is barely any sugar in it done going to this dunkin' donuts , because they can never make a coffee correctly
Terrible service Got the wrong order and she told me to just pull the stuff I'm allergic to off. Then went on break while I was at the window. Never got the correct sandwich
