Today was another screw up by this Dunkin Donuts! Got home with my large order for croissants with Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. The only problem No Eggs!! Called and the in adequate Manager said I had to drive all the way back for a refund..Not convenient and too far away..She never once said she was sorry..wow..by the way she had all my info.from my receipt..useless Manager and location..
Go to dunkin' donuts cuz I love the egg sandwiches and their coffee especially that Carmel macchiato hot or cold always get good service there and he also get points if you have an app

Melissa manager has horrible customer service, she always talking about other coworkers about employees in front of customers. Always Mocking a person with disabilities and bullying them. She needs to be fired, no one should endure this behavior and this Dunkin’ Donuts should have a zero tolerance for this behavior! You keep letting her do this to good employees you will be left with no employees and lawsuit for discrimination and bullying along with EEOC COMPLAINTS!
