They gave me the wrong drink and when I came back to get the correct one, the last (heavy set, Hispanic lady with curly hair) gave me the worst attitude and no apology for the mistake. I try not to describe folks in my reviews but she should be fired for lack or customer service and accountability. Giving your customers attitude for your mistake is wild.
Great store with good coffee and a good crew. Very friendly and customer service oriented.
Went in there this morning and the service was amazing, I never walked into a Dunkin and they all looked happy, they were nice! It’s so nice to get that service in the morning. I had to tell them what a great team they made. That makes the day easier, go by faster and you don’t dread going to work. Didn’t mean to make this long. But they helped my morning in a way they won’t understand. The vibe was amazing! They definitely passed it on!
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but I used to be a regular at this Dunkin but the last few times I’ve been there their donuts were so stale like today. It tasted like they were at least two days old. I thought they were supposed to throw away the donut each night and make them fresh daily
