Upon entering I noticed only 1 person taking orders and preparing everything herself. It took over 10 minutes to have my order taken. Once I received my 2 donuts I was going to take a bite and what I felt in my bag were 2 ROCK-LIKE, stale, hard, lousy DONUTS. I ASKED WHY THEY WE'RE SO HARD AND STALE... I DIDN'T GET AN APOLOGY, A REPLACEMENT, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT🥺🤷♀️
