Nothing here seems fresh. Croissants always taste stale and even donuts seems like it’s from yesterday. I always stop in the morning so maybe they are just serving items from yesterday. I know it can be better cause i have had fresher tasting items at this time in the morning at other stores. Hope management looks into this.
As all the other reviews have stated, the service is abysmal here. When I came in to pick up a mobile order, there was only one employee just on his phone. When I checked in with him, he THEN decided to pull up the receipt for the order and started to prepare the order. He then confronted me with an attitude and acted like he was doing me a favor by intentionally wasting my time. If I could give this Dunkin' location zero stars, I would. To start the drive thru is a disaster. The pavement is in terrible condition and clearly hasn’t been maintained. You gotta drive through potholes just to get coffee. Then I pull up and there are NO cars in front of me, no one being helped…and I’m told to wait. For what? I finally order my usual, which I get at multiple locations with no issue the iced Dunkalatte the only consistent Dunkin drink IYKYK lol but somehow this place managed to mess that up too.
