great employees with friendly service, even when they're slammed and short-staffed!
Service was good. One of the donuts we got tasted like play-doh smells. One bite and it was in trash.
SCAM FRANCHISE. They went to charge me .20 cents for caramel flavor in a latte but when I go to order it in the app, there’s no upcharge. I won’t support a business that operates like this.
The absolute worse. Asked for the restroom key for my daughter. Just got ignored. After several minutes of standing there. Finally somebody said “Sorry we’re backed up right now”. Never going there again. Not to mention they usually don’t donuts ready either.
