Would love to give higher rating but had some terrible experiences lately. My husband found a foreign object in his iced coffee on a visit several weeks ago. After submitting a report to Dunkin, the manager confirmed that it was a piece from a transport container that was bringing ice to the store. This is a major safety risk and huge liability issue, but we were simply refunded for the $3 iced coffee. Get breakfast almost every morning from here. Everyone is always so nice and dinks and food are good
This was my bagel with very light butter . When I brought it back there was no apology and supposedly the manager was the one that screwed it up from what I was viewed during the experience
Walked in to have a coffee while I complete some work only to discover after I ordered and got set up that they do not have WiFi. I travel across country for business and Dunkin is my favorite so I’m visited dozens of locations and this is the only one without WiFi - slightly bizarre these days for a coffee shop.
Wait in drive thru is *ROUTINELY* 10+ minutes long and was 25 MINUTES two weeks ago when I went for the last time. After waiting 25 minutes, 15 minutes after I placed my order, I was handed a burnt bagel that they couldn’t even bother to place in the bag completely. And then they have the audacity to expect a tip
