Walked in to have a coffee while I complete some work only to discover after I ordered and got set up that they do not have WiFi. I travel across country for business and Dunkin is my favorite so I’m visited dozens of locations and this is the only one without WiFi - slightly bizarre these days for a coffee shop.
Wait in drive thru is *ROUTINELY* 10+ minutes long and was 25 MINUTES two weeks ago when I went for the last time. After waiting 25 minutes, 15 minutes after I placed my order, I was handed a burnt bagel that they couldn’t even bother to place in the bag completely. And then they have the audacity to expect a tip
great employees with friendly service, even when they're slammed and short-staffed!
Service was good. One of the donuts we got tasted like play-doh smells. One bite and it was in trash.
