Very rude staff who act as if they are being bothered to do their job. Always out back smoking and have to run inside to take order. I've had my order taken while someone is watching a movie on their phone that was propped up on the coffee machine. The customer service at this store is at an all time low. Im not sure if they even have a manager by the way this place is ran. Truly unfortunate because I used to visit this store quite often. Save your money and go somewhere that appreciates their customers.
SCAM FRANCHISE. They went to charge me .20 cents for caramel flavor in my latte but when I go to order it online there’s no upcharge. I won’t support a business like this.
The worst drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. The staff was extremely rude and in a bad mood. A completely unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this place or the vibe at all.
Walked in with my mom while an employee was cleaning. She looked directly at us and continued cleaning, which was fine, but once she came to the counter she said absolutely nothing. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” She stood there on her phone and just stared at us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Basic acknowledgment goes a long way.
