Went into the store earlier in the day, two employees were talking in front of me behind register so another employee noticed and came over to take my order. Needed to use bathroom but you have to ask for a key on a dirty cloth chain to unlock. No point in washing your hands. But wait, there's more. I have a rough day and find myself Ubering all over town to pick up kids because my car is at Mavis...kids are starving. We wait and wait. Then we see that Dunkin is open. Worst customer service i ever received. They don't pay attention to customers. To order you need to wait for them to feel like they want to work.
The store sucks,took 20 mins to make one cup of coffee the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too
Went to the drive through, wanted to order a bagel. No one even bothered answering the speaker. I said "hello' three times, no answer, blew the horn, nothing. This is the second Dunkin that just likes to ignore people. When I go to leave, the employee has her head out the window, why I don't know. Never again will I patronize a Dunkin.
Staff are patient and pleasant. Drinks were 10/10. I have never been to a Dunkin that had drinks like that.
