Disgusting attitude from employees.
The worker was so rude. They gave my food to someone else and tried to blame it on me by saying that I need to listen for my name and wait in the waiting area as if i wasn’t standing there the whole time waiting for my name. she wasn’t planning on remaking it until another worker told her to
purchased some sandwiches and the employee who assisted me was very rude. She did not handle my order properly and, when I made a request, she responded in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. I tried to speak with a manager or even a police officer to report her attitude, but unfortunately I had to board my flight, so I was unable to do so at that time. I hope @Dunkin can review this situation and take the appropriate action, as this type of behavior negatively affects the customer experience and harms the brand’s image.
