They insisted that I place my order at the machine. They were either unable or unwilling to let me order from the staff. I left without a donut. Incompetent, rude, impossible staff. They even laughed.
My entire order was $25 and there was one item which matched to my order. I got served something I didn’t ask for in my coffee was completely unflavored. Truly trashy place.
Have a problem to order talk to the manager, Alicia she refused to help and you find yourself dealing with the machine that doesn’t work. I recommend not to go over there. Bad service.
