Coffee tastes more like water and that’s it. And when I asked for the tissue the employee was so rude.
Coffee was not fresh and honestly tasted terrible. I ordered an iced caramel coffee with cream, and it tasted like watered-down coffee. Since it was close to closing, I asked the worker if they had a fresh batch prepared for the next morning and if he could use that instead. He said yes, but in a rude tone, and based on his attitude, it didn’t seem genuine. After receiving the drink, it was clear the coffee was old and not fresh at all. I order late, I told him make it please very hot but it was a normal water, we feel like that’s a warm milk, also plain bagels with cream cheese and jelly, who made this it was really bad, I think owner or manager never teach them on how to do this, I love Dunkin coffee because of employees but they just don’t know how to make, also the auto espresso machine made late it’s really bad taste, I feel if this happen like that, Dunkin will be close.
